5. Integration of Youtube Videos
We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offer, which are stored on http://www.youtube.com and which can be played directly from our website. This way we can offer you interesting media contents on our websites. The legal basis for the data processing are legitimate interests, Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR.
By the visit to the website YouTube receives the information that you have called the corresponding sub-site of our website. Moreover, among others the data stated under Point 3. of this statement are transmitted. This is carried out irrespective whether YouTube makes a user account available, through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged into Google your data will be allocated directly to your account.
If you do not request the allocation with your profile at YouTube you must log-out before activating the button. YouTube will store your data as usage profiles and use these for purposes of advertising, market research and/or to design its website suitable for the needs. Such an evaluation is in particular carried out (also for users who are not logged in) for the provision of advertising suitable for the needs and in order to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You are entitled to a right to object to the formation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact the respective plugin provider in order to exercise this right.

6. Use of Script Libraries (Google Webfonts)
In order to present our contents correctly cross-browser and with an attractive graphical design, we use script libraries and font libraries on this website such as e.g. Google Webfonts (www.google.com/webfonts/). Google Webfonts are transmitted in order to avoid multiple loading in the cache of your browser. For this purpose the browser used by you must establish a connection to the servers of Google and transfers information to Google such as browser name and version, website, operating system, screen resolution, IP address and language settings. The legal basis for the data processing are legitimate interests, Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR. If the browser does not support the Google Webfonts or prevents the access, contents will be displayed in a standard font. 7. Your Rights
You have the right to obtain a confirmation from the data controller whether personal data relating to you are processed; if this is the case you have a right to information about these personal data and to the information specifically listed in Art. 15 GDPR. According to Art. 15 Para. 3 GDPR you have the right to receive a copy of the personal data, which are the object of the processing, from the data controller.
According to Art. 16 GDPR you have the right to request from the data controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data relating to you without undue delay as well as the completion of incomplete personal data.
You have the right to request from the data controller that personal data relating to you are erased without undue delay if one of the reasons specifically listed in Art. 17 GDPR applies.
You have the right to request from the data controller the restriction to the processing if one of the prerequisites listed in Art. 18 GDPR exists.
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you from the data controller in a format outlined in Art. 20 GDPR.
You have the right, for reasons relating to your special situation, to file an objection at any time against the processing of the personal data concerning you, which is carried out owing to Article 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR, pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR.
If you have granted a consent to the processing of your data, you can withdraw this at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out before your withdrawal will not be affected by a revocation.
